Review content:
Disappointed in the floral arrangement by Gallatin Foral. I ordered Teleflora's Beautiful in Blue after seeing it on the Gallatin Flower website. The only thing resembling the Teleflora photo was the blue vase. I understand that there is always creative license by the floral designer but I was not expecting bright royal blue spray-painted flowers that felt like plastic. I am certainly not a floral designer but I could have gone to the dollar store and bought plastic flowers and done a better job. Most people go to a professional because they can't do it themselves. What I got was not a professionally-designed arrangement. I was also not pleased when the owner did not accept my constructive criticism of her work. She cried and was very defensive. She offered to ""make it right"" but it was too late for that once the flowers had arrived at the funeral service. All I can say is that the owner should have called me first to ask if it was OK to spray paint flowers.
