Review content:
My experience at Party Headquarters in Jackson, TN was the WORST I've encountered from any business. The balloons are not of good quality and the employees/managers are unwilling to fulfill their guarantee of prompt and professional customer service. \r
\r
I had a service complaint and instead of apoligizing and reassuring me, I was argued with and yelled at by a MANAGER over the phone. What business functions without an on-duty manager to assure business operations are running accordingly? To add insult to injury, he told me to go buy balloons from another store. WOW!! \r
\r
Absolutely unprofessional and should consider taking a professional course in Management. I have an M.B.A, but even my 13 year old nephew knows the #1 rule in business is to never provoke a customer.\r
