Great work, great options and explanations of products and services. Horrible schedule appointment work. When I have an appointment at 12 I expect them to start at a reasonable time shortly there after... After more than an hour and a half and they hadn't even started my job yet and I'm sitting there waiting! That's crazy... Schedule me for 1 or 2 and start when I get there don't schedule me for 12 and waste my time!

You're absolutely right and we apologize for your wait, a job took longer than expected that day, and unfortunately that ended up delaying the start on your job. We are mailing you a gift certificate for a dinner on us at Outback Steak House as a token of our apology.
