I went into store but I was in a rush. The person at service counter was very nice, gave me a phone # to call to file claim since they would only talk to insured. I called that number when I had more time and was connected to Inspectors Auto, they made my appointment for the next day, came to my office and it was done. It was super easy and no hassels, waiting. Great Customer Service. Thanks.
