Inspector's Auto Appearance replaced my Honda windshield, did a great job, completed all work in less than 2 hours, and the bill was even less than I was originally quoted. They are a small business, in a small building on the East side of Flagstaff and I would not have noticed them, or known about them had I not been referred to them by a colleague. I was impressed with their professional customer service over the phone and in-person, and they did everything they said they would in half the time I anticipated, and for less cost than I expected to pay. I will certainly bring my business to them again for glass replacement, repair, and auto detailing. I'm disillusioned with large national companies who provide mediocre service, but have a huge impact on local economies and I'm glad to have a local alternative for taking care of my car.
