I choose these guys to manage my house when I found out I was leaving the state. After signing the contract they were near impossible to get ahold of (Aaron Richardson and Toby). When Tob y saw my house he said it ewould be easier to rent if the walls were painted over. He could do it for $1.50 a square foot. (My house is over 2,000 square feet) They would be able to get $1,000 rent. After repainting myself and leaving, I could not get ahold of these guys, they did not return calls. Three weeks later I found my house unlisted and untouched. They had decided not to manage my property and neglected to inform me or even return my calls. From out of stae I was able to rent out my house for $1,100 in a day, by myself. These guys are out to scam your money. Look at some of their reviews on other sites. Be smart, go with another more reputable and professional company.
