Great folks to work with. They helped me find a perfect property, renters waiting for us to close on the purchase and offer maintenance vendors at a discounted price. This is a great one stop shop for real estate investors like me whom don't have time to manage hands on. I'm live in CA so finding a good, local manager was paramount. After trying a few others, I found these guys and have been very happy.
