Review content:
We had a lot of trouble with this company! We used them to refinish our tub. After they came the first time, we noticed they missed a small spot. They came back again to fix it, but they only made it worse. The paint was a different color and it started chipping. Within a couple weeks three large bubbles started to form under the paint. They came back a third time and completely refinished the tub again. When they sanded down the bubbles, they didn’t sand it down well enough. This created a crack after the paint dried. We hadn’t paid them yet because we weren’t sure they were capable of correctly finishing the job. When we called them again they told us that since we hadn’t paid them yet we should go with someone else. They also told us we were out of line for getting agitated with their bill collector who called on a regular basis. This whole process was such an inconvenience! Every time they came we were without a tub for 24 hours. Save yourself the time and aggravation and use someone else from the start.
