We set up the listing for our home on the website, and we started getting people contacting us immediately. We did a few showings on our own and got an offer. We saved about $10,000.
We were just pleasantly surprised about how easy the process was and how quickly we were able to sell our home on our own… From the time we placed the ad to the time we closed it was probably a little less than a month.
