I was either going to use ISoldMyHouse.com or FSBO.com. It was confusing as to what I was paying for with FSBO, whereas with ISoldMyHouse it was a lot easier to see exactly what I was buying and what my money was giving me. \r

The showings came very quickly. We closed mid-February. We put a lot of work into it before we left, so that the place showed extremely well. I would put in a good word for my rep Cindy at ISoldMyHouse, who was extremely helpful. She answered all my questions, and she got back to me as soon as she could. \r
