After I made my choice to buy a car I could not take it for test drive (they packed on mall like pickles in jar)so I could only start engine.\r
Salesperson convinced us everything was OK about history because they screen by Carfax. I paid deposit of $500 by Chase credit card for the case we need to dispute a charge if anything is wrong. On the next day I discovered by CARFAX & AUTOCHECK reports Auto Mall lied about mileage :we found obvious rollback on odometer of about 17000 miles ! So named ""replacement title"" was tampered document and I confirmed it after received copy of original title from the issuer. They refused to refund deposit(not refundable). My card also failed to protect my interest as well as small claim court. The judgment of the court was in my favor however only 1/4 of my deposit refunded.Just one statement of the arbitrator in the court : ""is it so big difference 17000 miles?"" even after he admitted the fact of fraud ! That's why we should not rely too match on cards/courts and be smart ourself. Carfax and Autocheck reports are the best and unbiased sources of information we should trust. Both of them were exactly confirmed by original title.\r
If you however step in QAM , beware of ""mines"" on this field. In addition their hefty fees make your already overpriced car at least $1000 more expensive. If you are still persistent to buy car at here, screen your car by CARFAX/AUTOCHECK. Stay away any way !!!\r
Pros: No test drive, odometer fraud, no vehicle history reported
Cons: Overpriced cars, hefty fees, dishonest business
