Last lease was 10 months instead of 12 (surprise). Last rent check did not arrive because there were no reserves for security deposit (surprise). Multiple turnover of tenants last summer resulted in minimal rent (surprise). Major repairs done without notification (surprise). Disconnected telephone line without landlord knowledge (surprise). Office staff (except for Nancy) are not customer service oriented with landlord or tenant.
