I agree....run far,far away from these people. Me and my family was jerked around for months! Avoid Rae, Stephanie and Nancy and this entire company!!!!
Bad service, loves to bother you again and again for the simplest things. You will never be left alone.
I was just glad to leave their evil ""grip"" These guys are oblivious to normal customer service! I think they are so bored because they can't sell any real estate that they have to micromanage EVERYBODY! Never sign a lease with them! They will nickel-and-dime you to death and only care about the homeowners, not equally both parties. Failed to inform of all utilities needed and cost, unauthorized charges was done. Just run away! Rent somewhere else for goodness sakes. That's my 5 cents.
