Review content:
As a former member of this church there are many things you should know! Firstly, go to yelp and read those reviews (make sure you read the filtered ones). The Church has a longstanding reputation of having abused, hurt, controlled, manipulated, and sucked the pockets of most members finances completely dry. The Pastor uses a promotion and demotion system based on your performance of getting ""disciples""; as well as now employing the church to write positive reviews to cover the truth and all the experiences that are now being made public. I have friends that wanted to commit suicide, gave their entire trust fund meant for graduate school, and are in counseling to recover from this experience at Mercy Church. People are told to not ""speak"" with those that leave the church because it will put a ""spirit of distrust"" in them. People are shunned when they leave Mercy. As this church targets mostly young people, several parents do what they can to get their kids out once visiting the church. THIS IS NOT A CHRISTIAN CHURCH! Don't drink the koolaid.
