OWNER BEWARE! This vet has lied to us about prices multiple times and the office manager [possible owner] Tony is a compulsive liar. Nice staff, HORRIBLE management.\r \r I was quoted a price of $1.53 per can of prescription dog food on Sunday. They ordered the food and let me know that it was avaiable for pick up on Monday. I called Monday before going for pick up and the office attendant verified that the food was available for pick up. I get to the office to pick up the food, after a 52 minute drive, and they inform me that the food was not in. I spoke with Tony, the supposed owner, and he blames me for not calling to check even though the attendant verfied that I called twice. I reconfirm to him that I indeed called, he's unapologetic and goes about his way. I then call on Tuesday and he confirms it's not in. On Thursday I call and the food has arrived and I confirm w/the receptionist that the price is $1.53 - she agrees. I re-confirm this with Tony and ask him if he would jot those prices down so that their sister company [which is MUCH closer to me] can match those prices. He then says the price has now changed to $2.08 per can. I advise him that I was quoted multiple times, and he responded that they have been understaffed and haven't had time to update their prices, that are obviously very old. I've bought from them for the last 6 months @ the price of $1.53. I then ask him, will he honor that price for the order that I already placed, he agrees to $1.53 per can. I send my husband to pick up this food and he tells my husband he has to charge him $1.93 a can - AND HE COULDN'T RECALL TALKING TO ME LESS THAN 3 HOURS PRIOR! Tony's selling practices are EXTREMELY deceptive and improper. He has done nothing by lie over and over again and when we confont him he can't recall ANYTHING! I've had other issues with them that I've let slide, this is definately the straw that broke my back!\r Pros: Kinda Staff Cons: Deceptive Pricing, Filthy Office, Tony is VERY rude
