I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND Value Vet in Canoga Park, especially Dr. Reid Moorhead. I had brought my pet to be examined because my she was ill. During this time, I found Dr. Reid Moorhead to be condescending, cold and impatient. He spoke in vet jargon that I did not comprehend. I asked him to explain what he was talking about. He suggested I rephrase my question so he could answer it so I would understand. WHAT!!!? I am concerned about the welfare of my pet and not there to be belittled and demeaned. At times, I felt Dr. Reid Moorhead recommended additional services that were not necessary. Whether they were or not, I was not comfortable with they way he appraoched and suggested it. Dr. Reid Moorhead LACKS EMPATHY towards owners of their pets. I would highly reconsider using Value Vet for their services. On the other hand, the support staff were professional and courteous. I only wished they were the vet and not Dr. Reid Moorhead. \r
