Review content:
I ran across this store while in Laguna Beach for surgery and during recovery. It is stunning, colorful, beautiful, like eye candy for the senses. It was a bit too pricey for me to justify buying flowers for myself, although I may do that sometime, bring these flowers into my own home. It turned out that my surgeon (Red Mateo Alinsod with South Coast Urogynecology) had performed an extra surgery I needed from a flawed cut and sew job during childbirth 37 years ago. Between his surgical fees and the surgicenter fees that would have applied, that was a $6000 'gift', so I had to do something to say thank you. This marvelous store jumped to mind, so before leaving Laguna Beach I went there and purchased a bouquet for he and his staff, to say thank you for their excellent care. Needless to say, he was thrilled, and is taking the bouquet home. The bouquet I purchased had a regular price of $325 (reasonable, because it was quite large and beautiful) on sale for $95. There were about 6 or 8 huge wooden flowers in it with long, gorgeous green stems and leaves. Really pretty. Beyond pretty. I believe the artist's name is Nick, but he doesn't make the flowers. He has someone else construct the flowers on his directions, and then he puts them together into their different configurations that can be seen throughout the store. I think I got that part right. I will definitely buy more items from this store.
