Review content:
I called for service on my Thermador stove top. Valued Appliance did show on time. The tech diagnosed the issue. I did have to wipe down my counters and stove after the tech left from the sweat and fingerprints he left. My stove top has a board underneath to cover the wires and hoses. We had to locate our manual to get the model number, but could not obtain the serial number. I called 3 times for guidance and help in getting the necessary information to get this fixed with no real effort from Value Appliance to help me. Once I found my manual I discovered I had a warranty and called my warranty company. I mentioned that I had already started with Value Appliance and they should call them. Value Appliance explained to my warranty company that they would not work with them. I called back to Value Appliance to get an explanation and the facts are Value Appliance just will not take AMEX nor will they call the warranty company to give them any updates or scope of work. This experience with Value Appliance says to me that they will not work to earn your business nor do any extra effort if the job is not just perfect. I am not happy with giving Value Appliance $75 to tell me what I already knew and to sweat on my counters.
