Review content:
Had a consultation with the nurse who does the Radiesse fillers (would never recommend to have a nurse do this procedure). Was told I needed two syringes. I was not happy with the result and had a consultation with Dr. Lin in their Sherman Oaks office. He told me II needed 3 additional syrringes, that would have made the total procedure $3000. An experienced consultant should have given me a proper analysis of what needed to be done to achieve my expectations so I could have made an informed decision if I wanted to go ahead with the procedure. After battling wih his office he refunded $600, I will now seek the assistance of another doctor, NO NURSE. In addition 5 minutes before I went into the office for the procedure I was given a form to sign advising the patient of possible problems that may arise from the procedure, what not do do the first 24 hours following the procedure. This had never been discussed with me at the time of the first consultation and and I was NOT given a copy of that paper so I could read up on it or follow certain procedures.\r UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE.
