Just bought a used car from John Deery Motors. I can't say enough good things about them. \r

I found the car I wanted through an internet search (was about 150 miles from home, but I had pretty clear requirements for the car I wanted) and sent an email to the dealership. Johnny Deery replied back promptly with information about the car and a lower price than was listed. I checked the blue book values and found the price to be quite fair. I made a late Friday afternoon appointment to look at the vehicle. I had a few other questions through the week, which were all answered very promptly. When I got to the dealership, the car was ready. The whole test drive, paperwork, and final preparation of the vehicle were performed absolutely efficiently. Even during that time, everyone in the dealership made sure I was comfortable and taken care of with beverages, etc. \r

Upon leaving (after the sale was already finalized), my husband, out of the blue, asked if the service dep't had any time to take a look at the broken air conditioner in his vehicle--it had been broken for awhile despite having been looked at by another mechanic. We were only in town for the weekend and it was very hot out. This was at 5 pm on a Friday and we realized that this was an awful lot for us to ask. But John Deery Motor's response was outstanding. Johnny told him to bring it in first thing Saturday morning and gave his cell phone number so that he could make sure we had no trouble getting in. It turned out to be unnecessary because when my husband got there, the service dept was already waiting for the vehicle (obviously great communication inside the business) and two technicians worked on it for the next 4 hours--even staying a little late to finish it up. The charge was much lower than we expected for such above-and-beyond service on short notice and the air conditioner works great.\r

Again, I cannot recommend John Deery Motors enough. They are very fair, competent, and especially customer-focused--even after the sale was made. Really outstanding.
