Dr. Chen is a skin guru! I was previously referred to a different dermatologist in Pasadena and even after 4 visits, nothing got better, in fact they got worse and I was very frustrated.
I asked to be referred to another derm because my skin condition was worsening very quickly, and they sent me to Dr. Chen, who cured my problems very quickly.
Dr. Chen is efficient and caring, and does not want to waste the patient's time or money. He does not drag out patients like other drs do, and in fact, he called me at 6pm after his office closed at 5pm to get back to me about biopsy results.
Very caring doctor, excellent service.
In response to other comments below, if I'm not mistaken, the Asian woman working the front desk (Mrs. Chen?) was very professional.
