I went back to LA to see Dr. Chen from the east coast over winter break at his new location on Arroyo Pkwy (beautiful!), and was very impressed that his staff remembered me and greeted me by my name.
I was embarrassed from my previous (and first) visit, because I had forgotten my copay and had no form of payment. However, the office Manager Mrs. Chen was very understanding, and made an exception for me because I was flying out to school again the next day.
This time, Dr. Chen helped me remove a wart that had grown back, and unlike other dermatology visits I've had with other doctors, the process freeze process was quick and hassle-free. Since I am a college student, the I cannot afford to pay for too many wart removals, but hopefully this time it won't grow back again, although Dr. Chen explained to me that warts are very prone to growing back (which previous dermatologists had never explained to me, so I was always frustrated when they did grow back).
Overall, great doctor with professional staff. Highly recommended!
