This place has the most unprofessional women I have ever seen working there. I one day called and told them not to call me at my place of employment (Had already paid 28 out of 33 payments) this is not a new loan. yet when I asked them this and told them it was againtst the fair privacy act of 1977 I was told they did not care and I should answer my personal phone if I did not want them to call me at work. They all took a turn telling me off this day and hanging up on me. I was hung up on by 4 different girls- I was even told to shut up I was not yelling but was not going to let them take advantage of me, they kept re[eating the same information that i repeatedly told them I already was aware of.. I have never been late enough for them to repo my car,and they get a payment every month, although I did get behind because I kicked out a mate that was physically abusive to me and I moved my grandson in my home. This comes down to less momey(from kicked out partner) and more expenses (raising a child) I also told them this numerous times. Yet they consistently would start to call me from the day the payment was due, till I paid them. I always pay them the same way at the same time of the month -when I recieve my child support check on the second wednesday of the month. I only owe them 3 payments and have been giving them $100.00 a week to avoid their harrasment. They still called me for the first three weeks- Amost paid- they will not get anymore of my hard earned dollars after that and I referred a lot of people to them in the past who have a loan with them. They just lost a loan from one of my children for about 12 grand cause i told her to go elsewhere so she went to hanover financial where I took her out a loan and they funded her as the cosigner. Sorry you office of unproffesional women, you would have had my loan if you were not so ignorant of customers and the fair privacy act.
Pros: Will give anybody a loan
Cons: Will call you at place of employment and refuse to stop
