I'm not sure why, in a franchise world where we have come to expect one store or restaurant within a chain to rise up to the standards of all others, the Garner Applebee's restaurant falls so short in customer service. My wife and I have encountered inordinate wait times (while employees visit at the wait stand) on not one, nor two, but three consecutive visits. With several new restaurants in the area, AppleGold should take a hard look at how this particular unit's manager is running the show!
