Recently brought my truck back to Oasis to fix a small hole in the tint from what I thought was a defect in the tint or an installation error. They listened to to what I had to say without hostility or interuption. After explaining what I thought was going on they agreed to replace the tint at a substantial discount then procedeed to show me by pulling my door panel off, showing me the track that the window slides in and actually hitting the window with the seatbelt making idenical holes in the tint demonstrating my own seatbelt is the only thing that could have caused this damage.\r
I am extreemly greatful for a company that operates in such a manor as to put the customer first, now mater how wrong they may be.
Pros: A crew that knows what they are doing!!!
