I had been wanting to visit this place since moving here to support local businesses but while my husband was paying and I was outside with our dog I noticed dead rodents and squirrels out back. I asked about it and the one man that was part owner said he puts feed out there but since they come in to their place at night he shoots them. I was disgusted by it and when he realized it he got very defensive and suggested I just leave and that they did not want or need my business. I could not believe that my husband and I were nothing but friendly and he acted like that after I asked about the dead rodents and squirrels. He was rude and I feel the place is dirty with no real system to keep rodents off food they are selling daily.
Pros: local business, convenient corner spot, variety
Cons: rude, defensive, health concerns, they shoot squirrels and rodents with guns for their rodent control method
