This company is horrible. I live in a FOUR unit townhome complex (i.e. NOT very big or much driveway to take care of). Our HOA has Hollywood Services contracted to do both landscaping and snow removal. I have only lived here since last spring but was not impressed with the landscaping at all. The quality was poor and it did not look professional at all - waste of money. BUT then the winter comes around and there has been more than a few large snows so far. They never showed up. I have called the HOA president who has contacted them numerous times. THEN when they FINALLLLLY show up - after 10pm the night before Thanksgiving only because I emphasized that we HAD to have the drive plowed because we were having guests over for Thanksgiving. They show up - plow ONE strip of the driveway and it is still covered in snow. I have an SUV and cannot get up the driveway unless I am in 4-wheel drive. Our guests are going to have to park on the street. I CANNOT believe we are paying for this. We will NOT be using them ever again.
