I now have shopped in there twice. The first time the the staff was slow (about 10 minutes) to ask if I needed any help while I was looking at some jewelry. And yesterday it was even worse (15 minutes) and that's after I was standing at the counter with only one other customer in the store! They were all standing behind the counter talking about if they were going to get their bonuses or not! \r
I would never ever suggest going to this store if you would like to be waited on or get what you are looking for in a resonable amount of time.\r
