Bay Cities Auto Body was wonderful, they kept in contact with me step by step and emailed me updates on what they were doing all the time. They would tell me what stage my car was in, whether it was being taken apart, repaired, painted, reassembled, or washed--complete detail about each step, I did not have to call them once to find out what was going on. They continuously emailed me to let me know what was going on, which I really appreciated.
The technicians at Bay Cities Auto Body are very friendly and very helpful. If Robert is out to lunch, everyone would help me out. The team is wonderful, and I never feel rushed when I go there. They are also very considerate and make sure that the rental car company was called and on their way so that the replacement car would be ready for me by the time I was done with the paperwork. Really wonderful!
