Review content:
An Ad in the Sunday newspaper stated ""Free Screening Passes"" by merely responding to the website. It was wrong and the ""Free Screening Pass"" directed us to the wrong location on the wrong date. 6 of us went there and were turned away. We were told that someone doing the ""website information was just in error - Sorry, dudes"", and were turned away. (We went to Camelview (behind Scottsdale Fashion Mall) on 2/7 and were told it was supposed to be Tempe Marketplace at 202 & 101 on 2/6.) I have the emailed back confirmation from the website - I WAS NOT WRONG according to the pass. Maybe the website administrator needs replacing???\r

My total disenchantment with Harkins theaters over this may mean that 6 of us do not go to 2 movies a week and we will go back to AMC Esplanade theater. Does Dan Harkins care - NOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Oh well........he has built his business on Daddy's name but not Daddy's ethics in business.
Pros: No
Cons: Bad website administration, bad manners on ticket box employee, no email back to let us know the wrong information had been given.
