I have had my lawn under regular fertilizing and weed control service for ten years, and was very happy with my prior company. I would get constant compliments about how it looked.
Unfortunately, after 7 years with the same company, they were bought out by S T Perry and Sons and that is when I noticed a major shift in how my yard looked. And when I called, I received multiple excuses (dry weather, late payment, too busy to come out, etc) and I received no indication that they were at all interested in attempting to resolve the problem.
So finally after over $7k in lawn maintenance to the same company, I have canceled my service and looking for a business that cares about their customers.
So if you want rude and non-responsive service, this is your place. If you want someone who wants to work with you, I do not recommend S T Perry and Sons.
