JC, from High Country HVAC came in and made an assessment of the air flow we currently have in the house. He also looked at his objective and what he would hope to accomplish for our house.
We did not have even heat throughout the home. We also had undersized duct work, and the air quality was not good. We had a lot of pollen and dust within our house.
JC did the assessment and then researched what furnaces and air conditioning systems would work best for our situation. He came up with three or four recommendations concerning our course of action. He had a lower price range, two in the middle, and then the optimum solution. We elected to go with the optimum solution for our home.
The system has made the heating in the home very even. It is almost like we have radiant heat in the floor, which my brother has. When the heat comes on it circulates so nicely, and it is a very efficient system. We have noticed that the pollen and dust has been eliminated from the air.
High Country HVAC is very attentive to whatever requests we have. If there are any questions or issues, they get right back to us with the answer. They are willing to stop by and look at anything at any time. I wouldn't go anywhere else, nor would I trust anyone else. I think High Country is great.
