I have been a customer of The Shoe Market for years as has my family. They were even nice enough to do a post dated pay plan that involved my making a deposit and paying in 2 equal payments. I went home reconsidered my purchase & returned to the store 3 days later. Even though the shoes were unworn I was informed by the owner that he would not exchange any of the $60 deposit I had made & that I was out of luck as well out $60. I was very open & honest in the fact that I simply could not afford them. Mr. Perry Calhoun (the owner) did not care. I will never step foot into their establishment again. I post this review to make others aware that they need to consider their purchases carefully when shopping at The Shoe Market because they peddle their high priced shoes with a no refund no matter what policy.
Pros: There are other places to buy shoes
