I just received a letter from CCS indicated a change in the billing process. Boy am I both relieved and happy! The letter indicates that customers who are on the new ""changed"" billing process ""FIND THAT THIS METHOD IS GREATLY ACCEPTED AND MUCH MORE CONVENIENT...'. Wow! a quarterly billing process. I was wondering what I was going to do with all the money I have laying around each month. Now I can give it to a company in advance so they can spend it for me before they actually deserve to have it in their possession. Well heck, maybe they should go to a semi annual billing process to be even MORE convenient! Or, or annually. Just pay them $198.00 per year and just look at how ""greatly accepted"" this would be. Uh Oh... what about those, like me, who have a monthly budget to maintain? Those folks who try to keep expenses to a minimum and a family to feed, where $16.50 could mean something? Here's a thought; How bout if someone wants to give them money in advance let them and not those of us who need it. Actually i don't really need it, it's more the principle. Don't give me a premise of Acceptance or Convenience. A pathetic excuse of getting my money before you deserve it. Shame on you. I work for mine, you should work for mine as well.\r Pros: Pick up once a week. Cons: Paying in advance using the premise of ""conveneince"". Work for it.
