I came in the dealership after having a terrible experience at competing dealership in the area that day. I needed to downgrade my truck but still have enough room for my 8 year old twins and another one on the way. Vito greeted me and my mother at the door, big difference from the competing dealership that left me and my mother to our own devices for 30 minutes to be exact. Right away he led us to the Soul. It was not on my radar, but after I really looked at it, I was in love! It fit all of my needs and Vito made it happen! Everyone at the dealership cheered me on and made me feel that not only was I making a great decision, I was simplifying my life and my wallet! Vito will forever be getting my business, he was truly amazing.
