Jesse Grate is not bonded or insured, and neither are any of his workers. Jesse will lie and say anything to get your money, and J's Construction is not a trade name registered with the state. If Jesse or his workers get hurt on your property, you will be sued. The quality is very poor due the drug addictions of his workers. Jesse Grate and J's Construction are real bottom feeders.
