Living in New Zealand, I was struggling to replace my diamond engagement ring after suffering a burglary. I knew what I wanted and found just the thing on Ebay. After reading feedback etc, I found that this particular seller had a 5 day money back guarantee - and agreed to honour this for a ""kiwi"" also. Not being an ebay shopper, and the fact that this was a lot of money for us, I was fairly nervous about the purchase, and asked lots and lots of questions over email. In the end, I picked up the phone - and met my new friend Kami. He was nothing but fantastic, kind, patient, and very good humoured. Nothing was a problem for Kami. My ring has arrived, and our jeweller valued it at more than 3 times what we paid for it. It is absolutely stunning and we could not be happier. Kami is nothing but honest and reliable, and all my jewellery in future will come from Kami. Thankyou Kami - you are the best!
