Though I make very good biriyani myself, I had to go to mayuri one day because I was very hungry. My friend and I ordered some food and asked the person to get the appetizer alone fast. I donno what he said, but we didnt like it, it was mocking ! Then our food arrives. I ordered a chicken biriyani, which was microwaved and got. I swear, even a roadside hawker's biriyani will have more than 2 small pieces. they were literally small. The biriyani wasnt good either. Lets think it was a bad biriyani day for me. I paid the bill and left. I check my card statement, I was billed 4 dollars extra other than the tip. I had mayuri's food many times, I never had a bad experience like this. The service is always late, no matter there is a crowd or not. The owner should become more friendly to customers and hire a host/hostess to cover up.
Pros: Indian food
Cons: No hospitality, ok ambience, delay in orders, pricey for the quantity
