Thank you for your excellent customer service with our sprinkling system. Our original sprinkling system was installed by Oasis on June 17, 1999. We had many problems with the system and their poor customer service. We’d leave message after message and receive no responses. We had to have parts replaced constantly and issues were never taken care of in a timely manner. After dealing with them for 5 years, we gave up and called you. That was the best thing we could have ever done! You helped us within 24 hours and have been doing a fantastic job ever since. Since 2004, you have replaced the old Oasis system with your fabulous products. Due to these fabulous products, we usually only need your services for spring start-up and for winter shut-down. We also appreciated the way that you actually took the time to teach us how to use our system so it runs economically and best for our lawn. \r
You are definitely the best around. We look forward to seeing you twice a year! \r
