I don't like dealing with the service people at the Auto Gallery in Woodland Hills that I purposely go to the one in Santa Monica or Torrance when it's time for some cranking on my TT. The two guys that sit there all day, everyday at the Audi Auto Gallery are John and Henry. The younger guy thinks he's in some elite status just because he's next to beautiful exotic looking cars at his work (which is the porshe dealer) but what he really needs to understand is that that doesn't make you a VIP. Its always a little annoying when people try to pretend to be someone important when their really not. It actually makes them look less important and very foolish. Now for John, what can you say, he's just burnt out. He doesn't seem to care much about anything...not you, certainly not your car, nor his car, he doesn't care about the weather, or the worlds crisis, whether theres a flood coming our ... people at the Auto Gallery in Woodland Hills that I purposely go to the one in Santa Monica or Torrance when it's time for some cranking on my TT. Henry is on his way there. Their both doushbags but if they would learn to have some humility in them and good ol' fashion good customer service then they would't be DOUSHBAGS they would be two gentlemen working at the Audi service department.
