Review content:
We used Bloomies for our wedding and are very disappointed with the service we received. Denise was in charge of our wedding and did not deliver the type of service we were promised. \r

Our ceremony flowers were just dropped off at the vineyard and were not placed in vases. It was our agreement that she would bring water along with her and arrange the flowers for us. Thankfully one of the bridesmaids had bottle water with her; otherwise the flowers would not have survived the heat. We also did not have enough boutonnieres for the fathers. My father had to wear a groomsman's boutonniere to walk me down the aisle. And I am extremely disappointment because my bridal bouquet, it was very small. The bridesmaid's bouquets were more than twice the size. This is unacceptable. The size of the bridal bouquet would not have even been big enough for a bridesmaid to carry, let alone the bride.\r

When our first guests arrived at the reception site the centerpieces were in a box on the floor. This is dumbfounding. Our guests should not have been placing centerpieces on the tables. We also did not receive all 7 centerpieces that we paid for, only 6. We expect to be reimbursed for this. It was embarrassing to guests coming up to us telling us their table did not have a centerpiece. \r

Finally, while our cake stand was decorated like we had asked, the cake did not have any flowers on the top of it. We had arranged to have flowers placed there as our topper and I had even showed Denise pictures when we originally meet of what I wanted. Instead the top was left empty. \r

We have been calling and emailing for 4 months with no reply. Do not waste your time with an unprofessional organization such as this for your wedding. \r
