Before speaking with the manager D.P. for a issue I had with some sick chicks. I had been trying to get ahold of someone down there physically and over the phone for a couple months. I had no response until I just called again today and spoke with the very rude and unprofessional manager. I was very calm and professional with her on the phone. She however when I was explaining to her the situation about my chickens dying a few days after bringing them home from the store she asked rudly why are you calling? I explained and let her know this has happend to my aunt before with them and they just gaver her the new chickens. She called me and my aunt a liar. After me telling her I would have a hard time doing business there again. D.P. said to me that nothing would be done and hang up on me. I am very upset and disappointed because of the way I was talked to Neglected as a customer and treated so rudly! I or my family will never go there again!!!
