Review content:
Nick (Nabil) Hazamy talks a big game to get you to sign with him. Then you do & expect him to do what he says...but guess what? He doesn't! He will tell you how much he has invested in advertising your house but if you look, you won't find your house being advertised ANYWHERE. When confronted he replies ""Oh, its going to be featured in the NEXT edition!"" We all know that this is a buyers market & houses aren't selling right now. Try selling one with Nick Hazamy...who doesn't advertise your house. Pretty hard to sell a house when no one knows it's for sale!
Cons: takes full commission claiming he earns it by advertising, then doesn't
