Absolutely terrible. I have tried over and over to have an estimate done and I got the run around every single time. He would always tell me he was coming today or the next to look at it after 2 days waiting for him to return my call. I talked to him 4 times through out a 2 week process and each time he said he was going to come and take a look at it, he never showed up. Each time I could get a hold of him (Bob) he would sound 'whatever' about the job and ask for all my information again like he never wrote it down in the first place. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time with Bob, he doesnt care about you or your leaking roof, at least he didnt care about mine. Theres plenty of people out there looking for work, apparently he has to much.
