Worst salon in Michigan. The woman couldn't cut hair after being shown a picture of the cut, a simple cut from one of her own salon books. I asked that only 1 inch be cut off and she cuts off nearly 2 inches all around. My hair is barely a 1/4 of an inch off my scalp now. And as if that wasn't enough, she grabs a curling iron without telling me and burns my scalp. Literally puts the iron to my scalp! To add insult to injury, when I lodged the complaint, she yelled, refused to apologize and denied me a refund. The hairdresser's name is Angie and she says she's the owner along with her daughter. Stay away from this place. The positive reviews are bogus. I can't believe the State of Michigan gives licenses to the likes of this woman. Are there no standards at all?
