I love Polish Village Cafe. My family and I go here every year on Good Friday, I wish I could go every friday. In the past, yes we have encountered cranky wait staff, but the key to that is being nice to them and smiling and joking around. They're not so cranky after that. I am polish, my grandmother used to make Polish food all the time when I was growning up. Eating here is like eating my Grandmother's cooking all over again. We've never not have an excellent meal here, it doesn't matter what we order. The atmoshpere is wonderful. The memories we've made here are one's I'll cherish forever and it's wonderful because it's part of my heritage and I'm passing that on to my daughter. If I didn't live an hour away, I'd eat there more than once a year. You just have to put up with a few cranky Polish women... That's not much to ask for a wonderful authentic polish meal. And the wait is worth the experience and the food.
Pros: Food, atmosphere, experience
Cons: waitstaff can be cranky, but they are busy. Wait can be long but it's well worth it.
