Review content:
The management is poor & the facility/classes are overcrowded. The structure of the classes/levels is all over the place and even most of the staff can't keep up with it. Some instructors are lacking basic skills to teach such classes and the kids often go unsupervised or at least uninstructed. The staff seemed nice but in the end didn't follow through with much of anything. Huge dissapointment overall. Sit in the parent viewing area and you will hear countless conversations about the problems. It's a shame because the equipment & facility are amazing.
