We were in Maryland when hurricane Irene struck. We arrived back in Massachusetts mid afternoon, the day after the hurricane had done its damage to the SouthCoast.
When we drove into The Pines, in Rochester, we were stunned!!!! There were no leaves, branches or trees down, the sun was out, and Yard Boss was working, as they normally do on Mondays. Living in a neighborhood surrounded by tall pines trees, we expected to see branches and debris littered over the yards, as was the case on our ride home from Maryland. But it it looked just about pristine as it always does.
