I've taken my dog to a few places and I always worry that the groomers won't understand my dog's trama, history of neglect and abuse. She is very skitish and will panic. I took her in just for a nail trim and they were very understanding and were quite gentle. Since that one experience I've been hooked. There salon is hip and stylish, has a young feel to it. If you have time you should take a look at their funky clothes and collars! Final note: there are no hidden areas, everything is out in the open (i.e. windows to look through and open floor plan where groomers cut hair).
