I have lived in Burbank for 30 years plus, my husband and i recently experienced the worst experience with this company. We wanted a simple Shower door , they seemed to have a scheduling issue because they never showed up. They sent a man(one month later ) who was emmitting and odor of that of a two month old cigarrette ash tray that was never cleaned out. He showed up to my door with a cigarrette in his mouth, and apparently he was not installing and was not the installer that day.He was there to double check, When they finaly came to install , they had brought a much thinner glass then what i requested and the wrong type of glass. ...?
